Redding Real Estate

Why choose Redding?

In Northern California, nestled in the picturesque Sacramento Valley is the city of Redding. With its not too hot summers and not too cold winters it’s easy to see why so many people find their dream homes here.

Redding Community

Redding residents tend to have a great appreciation for nature. With amazing views of Mt. Shasta and the Trinity Alps, the natural beauty of California is always literally right out your window. Redding is also home to some of the best and well maintained trails in the country. Redding is perfect for the outdoor family. Whether you like hiking and camping or just appreciate the view from Sundial Bridge, you will feel closer to California’s natural amenities here.

Life in Redding is very peaceful. The area is not as crowded as city life is to the south, east and north of us. The neighborhoods here are quiet and clean. Redding also boasts the largest neighborhood on the waters of Shasta Lake.

Redding  Attractions

Turtle Bay’s Sundial Bridge is a must for residents and visitors alike. Named for the huge pylon at the bridge’s entrance, the Sundial Bridge casts a sundial on the waters of the Sacramento River.

Perhaps one of the most unique ways to enjoy the scenery is at Shasta Glide n' Ride. Take a tour via Segway on one of our paved, even trails. Enjoy seeing some of Redding’s animal inhabitants first hand.

The Sacramento River Trail is one of the easiest and yet enlightening trails in the area. Markers along the way indicate points of interest and tell the tail of some of Reddings first residents, from the native Americans to the miners and mountain men who first settled the region.
